GirlTrek Thanks a Million Celebration

GirlTrek is officially now a sisterhood of 1 MILLION Black women!

Together, we have been walking and building this movement for a decade. 

There’s no way in the world that we’d let this landmark moment pass without rejoicing.

On Sunday, November 29th at GirlTrek’s Facebook LIVE we had the biggest party for Black women 2020 has seen! 

The one-and-only D-Nice joined us to spin. Special guests included singer Baby Rose, poet Aja Monet, and singer Tawiah.

Special thank you to all the women across the nation like Gemma in Tennessee. Coach Robin in Chicago. Nicole in Philly. Towina in St. Louis. Trina in Seattle. Amelia in New Orleans. Keturah in the Bronx. Zavi in Oakland. Frankye in North Carolina. LeNiece in Memphis. There are so many more. The neighborhood captains, city captains, organizers, volunteers, and the trekkers new and OG. GirlTrek is possible because of your passion and sweat equity.

Thanks a million, GirlTrek Nation! 1 million is just the beginning.
